Thank you to Tom who helped me retrieve and check out my online order that I picked up. What a true ANGEL and a soft heart he has. He does his work very efficiently and thoroughly and also has empathy for a story I told him. He reached out with open arms and that was exactly what I needed. He made my year! He's not just a worker but an all around superstar and a great asset to Sears. People like him is what we need more of.

Spent alot of money, never coming back again. They have delivery contractors, installers that are different contractors. No communication between them and Sears. Waited a week for them to install a hood range and to set up my refrigerator. Bad service from all 3 companies.

Friendly and helpful except for one of the managers.  I've bought a fridge, washing machine and dishwasher and will continue to go back.
