Horrible Auto Center. A simple Groupon for an alignment right... wrong! It was screwed up from the first Appt. After 3 attempts and countless hours I gave up and went to Nissan who fixed it right the first time. 2 people at Sears tried to tell me it was my steering wheel probably. Nissan said they were probably adjusting the front end instead of rear because once the rear was aligned properly everything fixed itself. I'll be contacting Groupon and corporate to get a refund.

absolutely horrible. WARNING! do not bring your cars here! at all! ever. all i wanted was 2 tires. thats all i wanted. what did i get? the guy twisted off my tpms sensor and broke it, replaced it (for free because i refused to pay for his botch up) now the tpms light stays on, and my car shakes like a tank going down the road.. i took it back, he told me his conclusion, my steel wheels... were both bent. funny, because my 08 civic drove beautifully before! and my TPMS issue that wasnt there before? also the cars problem, the "firmware" needs to be updated by the dealership.... this sears needs to be on the blacklist for ft campbell! ive done better tire jobs with a crow bar and some leverage in my back yard.. criminals. STAY AWAY FROM THE AUTO CENTER!! go get a second opinion on ANYTHING they tell you! because when the dealership looked at it, they came back with nothing! wheels are fine, they were balanced wrong, and the tpms sensor won't connect because it is an offbrand "universal". garbage. they break my stuff and grab from the bottom of a barrel to botch it back together!! NEVER, EVER going to another sears again!

Okay service. I had to wait 45 minutes on a Thursday morning when it was one person ahead. I had to come back three times for them to fix a problem they made. But i can say they fixed it this time.

The Manager said Sears is no longer responsible for complaints with the Sears Auto Center and said he wasn't going to contact the District Manager because the employee claimed he had a death in his family for his misconduct. From the other review it appears they need a new store manager.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE employees. Never will I go back to this location. They ignore customers, and when finally cornered can't answer questions or refuse to. I can't begin to express how rude the employees at this store are...With all the other stores in this same mall, save time and skip it.
