This Home Depot has terrible customer service especially when it comes to answering their phone. And, if they do answer, they put me on hold and then hang up. Spoke ‘one of the managers’ about the poor phone etiquette and he said ‘we’re busy’! Seriously, the store was empty and there were two associates chatting. Never doing business with this store. NEVER!

This place is a joke. Zero customer service. Waited 20+ minutes for someone to help us in the appliance section. No one ever showed up.

Never order appliances through this company. I promise you it will lead to nothing but HOURS of infuriating conversations with incompetent employees. Oh and don’t trust a word they say. Your appliances will not be delivered on the day they promised. It will be rescheduled about 5 times and you will need to demand to speak to the manager in order to actually get the appliances that you purchased. I urge you to go to ANY other company. You absolutely cannot get worse service than this Home Depot.

I was sold a broken washer (leaking from the very first use) and told that I have to contact the manfacturer. If this was a smaller appliance I would have taken this back to the store to return it for a new one. I don’t think it should be the customer’s responsibility to deal with the manufacturer when they were sold a broken product to begin with. The item should have been replaced and Home Depot should deal with the warranty issues. I will be purchasing appliances elsewhere in the future.
