If I can give less than one star I would. This is THE WORST appliance store I have ever been to. Save yourself the time and effort and go elsewhere for a more professional experience. They NEVER answer their phone. When they rarely do, they put you on hold and never come back. I recently purchased a refrigerator and after it got delivered, the delivery men left it in my living room because they couldn't get it in my kitchen due to a door blocking. Once I removed the door they said they'd come back the next day to install the fridge. I removed the door the same day and they NEVER came back. I have been calling sears outlet trying to get them to reschedule the delivery and all I have been getting is the runaround. Extremely unprofessional and not worth the time or money. Please find somewhere else to go and get a better experience with more professional employees and management. It's looking like I will have to get lawyers involved sadly. WORST SEARS OUTLET ON THE PLANET.

The customer service at this store is TERRIBLE!!! They never pick up the phone and don't do things right. I bought a washer and dryer from them and they gave me all the wrong connections. I went back to reschedule someone to complete the install after purchasing the correct ones from Lowes and come to find out they never added me to the schedule. I would never purchase anything from them again and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know not to as well. Good customer service goes a long way, but they wouldn't know about that.

I am very pleased in the service that i received at the Sear Outlet. The sale Agent was fully knowledgeable concerning warranty and appliance i needed and no hassle.

We purchased a Kenmore refrigerator from this place thinking we would save some money, huge mistake. We get the fridge home and plug it in only to find out it isnt working properly. I figured something like this might happen so i had purchased the protection plan. They send a technician over 4 days later he dignosis the problem and orders the parts. 15 days later they come back and install the parts. The fridge only worked properly for 2 or 3 days and stop cooling properly again. Now i have to wait another 3 days for a technician to come over again. Beware if you purchase something from here. They will not refund money or replace your item until several visits from technicians".

Worst experience ever. The delivery team damaged dry wall and flooring during a fridge delivery due to not turning off the water before installing the new fridge. The store blamed the deliver company (which they contract with) for the issue, and said it's not their problem.
