Love this store in Melrose Park! They went above and beyond even though I did not purchase my phone from them.  Now I will only buy from this store. Thank You Kim And Alfredo

This stores' owners and staff single handedly make up for the lack of customer service I've witnessed from many different cell phone carriers. Kim goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. This is hands down the only Verizon store you should go to!

Wonderful and helpful staff! This is the second time I have had a defective phone in a year. John and the whole staff were very welcoming and helpful in getting my phone swapped and fixed. I only bring my service to this store henceforth. Thank you for the hard work guys :)
