We had dinner here tonight at the hotel. The bartender was prompt and friendly. We had chicken fajitas with rice and beans. They were very good. The view of the Gulf is awesome. The reason I gave it four stars was because they used plastic straws and little plastic containers for the rice, beans and salsa. Not very Eco friendly only being a hundred feet or so from the ocean.
This place has a great, fresh shrimp cocktail. You can start a tab and head back to the beach. The prices are economical. The drinks are sure to hit. I had a blast here This June. Will return. 10 out of 10 recommend. Jorge was the best Bartender
We ate here as a family of 4 for dinner after a long day at the beach. The view is awesome and is right on the beach. There is more variety of food than other popular beachside grills for sure. To get here, we parked at the Holiday Inn parking area if you are driving and checked in to the front desk. There is a long walkway with a sign for Seaside Bar and Grill. Otherwise walk straight in from the beach. Restrooms have codes and are for paying customers only and are very clean. I rated the food 1-10 10 being the best flavor. We ordered kids cheese quesadilla 9/10; the shrimp plate, just the right amount of crispy and delicious 9.5/10; 2 orders of street tacos 9/10 try the green salsa for a more spicy kick or the red for more on the mild side; Mexican shrimp cocktail 8.5/10-more like an appetizer, but flavor was excellent. We also ordered the most popular drink Mangonada 7/10, it was just okay,they did offer to remake it, but needed a bit more nectar to give it that tropical splash-which they brought to me no charge. Our server Diego and bartender were super accommodating and courteous. Service was excellent. If you want to check out faster, use cash. Watch out for the ants and aggressive birds. Try and snag one of the counter height tables for better views. The wait is long as this is not fast food, so be prepared, but it is so worth it!
We walked there from our resort. There is beach access. I had delicious shrimp tacos. The shrimp was "breaded" and deep fried. Everything was very flavorful from the tortillas to the green salsa that was served with it. We also had the shrimp basket. Very good option if you want to stay by the beach.
The most beautiful view. Staff was very friendly. I ordered the fish tacos.....I was expecting the fish to be fresh but it was breaded n fried,I think it was frozen. I was kinda disappointed about that but not enough to complain.
Fran and Jorge were very attentive, friendly and some of the best service ever had on the island. Fran was a doll. Food was delicious. We’ll definitely be back
The food was delicious and the drinks were strong. The service is slow but the hospitality of the servers was good for it being only three servers and the establishment was fun with customers.
We love it here. We look forward to it every time we visit SPI. We are never disappointed. Food is fabulous . Drinks are amazing and Jorge is great! He has a beer pouring trick so be sure to ask about that!
Nice location but crab cakes were horrid and expired crab meat, chicken strips were chicken jerky. Bad, slow service. Update: waiter was nice and comped the dish.
Excellent service. Scott and Joy made our day. The vodkamimosas in the morning were excellent to start the day. They were always smiling and fun. Best breakfast on the island Veracruzana omelet and orange juice.
