Great shop! The ordered battery was taking longer than expected from the shipper. When the battery did arrive Kevin and his colleague were willing to keep working on it till it was complete, well over an hour past normal closing time. They had to overcome obstacles put there intentionally by the manufacturer to make repairs more difficult and I greatly appreciated their tenacity and the savings from not having to deal with the petty manufacturer. The prices were great too! They ordered much more inexpensive parts from a 3rd party they trusted. The service charge was beyond fair and if anything It should have been more expensive. Highly recommended and will be returning for future computer needs!

They went above and beyond my expectations from my first visit. Not only did they fix my old laptops disk drive and hard drive, they also did some cosmetic repairs I didn’t even ask for. Top notch. Would definitely recommend if you need a computer tune-up.

My Microsoft Office got left out of my laptop when Kevin, of Seattle Computers, put in a new Windows OS recently, so when I tried to download it on my own I couldn't do it. It would not download. I got on the MS Office website and the experts there, from India, couldn't download it either, promising me a "higher level" team to do it the next day. So I called Kevin, I could't wait. He got on my case and spent many hours remotely working on my laptop. I watched most of the operation. He resorted to bulk uninstallers online, but my MS Office still would not download. Traces of previous MS Office programs were hiding in my hard drive so he went into dozens of folders cleaning out these hidden files. He worked diligently until 10 p.m. until my drive was clean enough to allow MS Office to download. I would not have gotten this kind of dogged attention from the guys at the MS Office guys in India. And, I can go see Kevin if need be, a few miles away. The Indian guys I'll never see. I feel pretty good about Kevin and Seattle Computers.

Walked in the store knowing absolutely nothing about computers. In ten minutes Michael helped me enormously and I would recommend anyone who is the least bit confused on how to use their machine or needs repair of a machine stop in and see the boys! -John Zupa

I had a great experience at the Lake City Way Seattle Computers store. I brought in a two year old Toshiba laptop that was sluggish. Michael looked it all over at the counter and prodded me with questions to determine any and all problems. He walked me through the process and the costs involved and the time it might take. The computer now works much faster than it has before. It seems to run better than when I first bought it from Staples and had them set it up. I'm very appreciative of the quality of work and the intensity he showed in doing the work right. I will return for any future computer issues or accessories and have recommended this location to my friends. I was planning to call the store soon and tell Michael or whomever answers that it's working great and to say thanks. Thanks for asking. Great store. JMK
