I expressed my precise interest and need for a laptop. The employee continually pushed for me to get something I did not want. I would go back to size and model I wanted and could afford, but store clerk kept pressuring me to buy the bigger and more expensive laptop. Don't ask me if you can help me find what I'm looking for, then not bother listening, and suggest something completely different!

helpful cashier, however their loss prevention lady was looming around me as I checked out, as if I was trying to steal the cheap phone cases on the shelf below the checkout counter.  They tend to struggle here, I don't recommend.

Mikayla, who helped us with our phone transfers, is absolutely awesome: knowledgeable, fun, efficient.  Wonderful experience that will keep us going to Best Buy Northgate!
