Even though they have target time for each project, but some projects could have been waited for months behind the target date, and some other projects would get result early right away, while Plan-Route does not care what reviewers do, they have the right to hold your project as long as they want if they do not like you, or have personal problem with your project

Don't waste your time filing complaints with these people, because they will do absolutely nothing. There's a nuisance property which we filed a complaint on in February 2017, and the City has done a grand total of ONE inspection since, which the property failed inspection. (The building appears to be vacant and unsecured and definitely unsafe). But not a thing ever happens to delinquent property owners like these. I'm sure though that the city inspectors aren't so slow about getting their paychecks.

I visited as a representative of The Artisans Group as we prepare an initial Tenant Improvement for Olympia Coffee's soon-to-be West Seattle cafe. It was busy and crowded, but the staff and specialists were gracious with their time and knowledge. It was as positive an experience as these necessary tasks can be, and not to be dreaded in the permitting process.

Mailmen get in (key codes). Firemen get in (lockbox / key) but DPD Safety Inspectors have no access (secured apart/ condo) to inspect/insure your building owners provide you a safe place to live. Seems we'd rather let the fireman in to put out a fire then an inspector to prevent one?
