I went down today because after getting my wallet stolen WA would not give me an ID.  Roger was awesome and because of his assistance WA accepted me as to who I am and issued me an ID!  Can't say enough good about this place or the assistance Roger gave me.

Its been two months since my last payment. They said they couldnt find me but i continue to call and give them my info. Now Im sitting here hoping it come in on time so i dont have to sleep out in the streets. You would think because of my situation they would try and push it faster. Sooo slow, now i see why Vets go crazy.

Pretty amazing to have an organization dedicated to support veterans. After all the horror stories i've heard about the VA I was delightfully suprised to get the assistance I needed. Thank you seattle regional office for being completely awesome!
