Good dude rooms and friendly service. When my mom had a problem with the lock on her door they instantly changed he room. Easy access to doing and restaurants downtown and within walking distance of Trader Joe's if you want to pick up some groceries. Easy access to the highways as well.

The rooms are neat. There is coffee, tea, and water 24/7 in the lobby. The fitness center is fairly good, there are clean towels and complementary earplugs to listen to music while working out.
 The breakfast could be improved. In the weekends it is better than in the weekdays. No too many options to choose from. 
It's a good hotel.

But wait until you get inside...  The inside looked newly remodeled and welcoming.  The room was nice, soft bed linens and comfy pillows.  But what stood out most was the hospitality of the staff.  I've never stayed here before, yet they made me feel very welcome offering me some snacks and water from my tiresome travels of the day.  They didn't fail to make eye contact when I passed by the front desk and utter a brief "Good evening."  I was there only long enough to get some sleep yet they gave me a lasting experience in the brief time I visited.  I'll book here again.

Very thin walls and floors, wood frame building, no good if you're a light sleeper. Asked for room to be vacuumed as our daughter made a mass, was not vacuumed 6hrs later when we got back. Breakfast is very promptly and aggressively closed at 11am on the dot even if you are still eating.

Beautiful and clean, friendly staff, free breakfast with the waffle makers. Pool, no hot tub. Lots of parking. Comfortable beds, didn't hear any noise. Close to Seattle for a great price. Would stay again!
