Minus one star only because all they offer is valet parking. It's not the cost, but that it adds extra hassle to driving. You have to call down for the car to be ready, and wait for them to get your car. 

Other than that, it's a great property. Clean. Upscale. Modern amenities. 

If you're not driving or don't mind valet, maybe my concern about valet doesn't apply to you. If you detest valet, then consider it.

Good corporate hotel. Clientele is 98% suits but what would you expect in the Silicon Valley of the North PW? Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. shower is old fashioned with low pressure but did the job. One thing I was disappointed with was their chicken noodle soup which was neither hot nor had a resemblance of a chicken noodle soup. If you are into walking, hotel is next to the Samm trail which is perfect for cycling and fast walking as well.

I have not yet stayed at this hotel, but I am going to a wedding and this hotel is where a block of rooms was reserved at. When I called they told me that the block was full. My parents were able to book but I was not and I have a toddler that my parents help with. I spoke with the bride and she said to contact Katie and that she would help me out since we are part of the wedding party. I left a message with "K" and I received a return call saying, "Sorry we can't help you, just book online at the regular rate." What ever happened to customer service or going out of your way to help someone out? There was no effort of try to accommodate us. I spoke with the father of the bride and he said that they have been very difficult to work with and were not willing to open any more rooms. I guess some companies/staff don't care to try to go the extra mile and help make someone's day a bit easier.

Really nice place to stay at.. room service is amazing as always.. 
Loved the hummus and pita there definitely worth trying..

During our short stay, we have enjoyed a very cosy room that is very well put together. We had a king bed on the second floor which included a balcony. The TV allows for you to connect to your streaming services such as Netflix and it made the stay feel much more inclusive. The best part is the location, however, with plenty to walk to and eat around town.
