Good rates and desk service was very helpful and friendly.  Previous occupants left nearly all the dishes in the dishwasher, and room service hadn't unloaded it, so we thought they were all missing till the desk clerk came and looked in it.  2 of the dishes had food remnants on them, so that was a little nasty.  The room came with 1 dishwasher pod but no dish soap, so we had to buy some to keep clean dishes.  "Free Internet" turned out to be low bandwidth and for only 1 device at a time.  Room was clean and in good repair.  A side chair of some sort would be a big improvement.

I've stayed at other WoodSpring Suites and this location far exceeds the others in service and style. I felt comfortable and spoiled. Somehow this location manages to provide extras (fitness center, kitchenware, dishwashers, more lobby amenities) without overcharging. Super friendly and helpful staff who offered to go above and beyond. I know I'm "gushing" but I am 100% sincere.

The rooms are clean and new, and the location is extremely convenient with many restaurants and stores nearby within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We asked the GM Richard Porter (Ricky) who happened to be at the front desk if we could have a big arm chair removed out of our room to maximize space and he personally came over immediately and removed it by himself. A+ customer service.

I stayed here for business this week. It was my first visit to this hotel chain. This location is brand new, so everything in the rooms are brand new as well. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked fine. You get a fridge, sink, microwave, stove, and basic dishes. I didn't need those elements, so I cannot comment on their operation. My complaint about the building is the walls seem thinner than most other hotels I have stayed in. And I had the pleasure of having a couple of small children playing gymnastics in the room above me until 11:00 pm. Even after the front desk spoke to them, they didn't really understand how to stop the kids until they finally went to sleep.

Perfect for Business Travel. Comfortable room. Easy WiFi Connection. Nice lobby with coffee and a large conference table to spread out or work with others. 24 hour gym is nice too.
