Reviews

The staff goes above and beyond to treat every customer as if they were the most important person they helped that day. They have also done so much for the running community in Northeast Ohio including organizing support for local groups and races, and raising money for specific causes. Even if  you don't know them by name or have never stopped by, if you are a runner on the west side of Cleveland, you have probably been touched by something that this store or the staff there has done to improve the running community.

I just purchased a new pair of shoes from John. He was very courteous and helpful. They didn't stock the shoes that I had originally wanted but he brought out 5 or so pairs that were similar until I found the pair I liked.
Overall this is a great store. I will be back!

The staff here is incredible! Very friendly and extremely knowledgable! They helped me find my trail running shoes which I love. And I just went back to get a good pair of shoes for work (a lot of walking and standing) and they were helpful with that as well. The store associate answered my many questions and was patient as I tried on several pairs multiple times to be sure of my decision! Simply the best!

As someone who never ran before, I needed some shoes to be able to start. The staff was very helpful and got me to the perfect pair of shoes to begin running. They have my business for as long as I can run.

This is the place to go for quality shoes and knowledgeable staff. I have never had such a good-fitting, comfortable pair of tennis shoes!
