Absolutely the best place for shoes in the Cleveland area. Great staff, highly knowledgeable I will definitely be back! Also Bernie & Lucy are the best!!!😺😺

Only out for money. No return policy and strictly enforced. Horrible, fake customer service. I wasted over $100 there. Will never go back. Shoes I bought hurt my feet so bad they left permanent marks on my feet. Called to ask if I could exchange them for something more comfortable and was told "NO" in a rude manner. My first and LIST visit to this she store. Don't bother going there unless the shoes you purchase are ones you know are your comfort zone.
