The most pleasant experience so far! We came early enough to find a nice parking spot. The ladies in room 513 were super nice and friendly. Also professional and very helpful, simply amazing! All the paperwork was done in less then 15 minutes.

The office itself is great. Parking is less than awesome.

The staff in this office are very friendly and knowledgeable.  They took care of me on the spot.  I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Parking can be an issue, but I happened  upon a place right out front with a little time left on the meter.  Meters take quarters, so make sure you have a couple and do plan on getting there in time to look for parking if none is available in their lot. Allow time, too, for all the one-way streets downtown.

The Secretary of State's office in Kansas City, MO has always been helpful for me.  They are very knowledgeable about the processes, and have even helped save me time by emailing forms and letting me pay fees over the phone when they can.  I am really happy we have a State office that does a good job for businesses in Kansas City.

Everyone with whom I spoke was friendly and helpful.  My filings were completed while I waited and I didn't have to pay for postage.  Parking is a hassle, so add time for that.  Otherwise, great experience!!
