For doing such a thankless job, these guys were very professional and understanding. They towed my vehicle and I can't help but respect them and appreciate that they are the ones doing it. If i had to deal with anyone else in an already stressful situation, it would have been 10x worse.

This place is awesome everyone gets mad at this place but it's their fault their car is here usually how much do you think these women and men put up with? Better question how much of your attitude I put up with Miss one star? You guys keep up the good work Kansas City loves you

Everyone here who helped me was very nice, helpful, and efficient. If I find myself in place where I'm once again looking to throw away $300 due to my own ineptitude I will strongly consider the KC impound.

I went.out to buy a car and it is a bit over whelming at first to see. Everyone is. So nice to help you and it turned out to be a lot of fun.oh and got.a Car! Make sure to read all of the regulations. so you won't be in violation or late fee for the rules. Now my Mom wants me to get her a car. The prices are what we make them. All very reasonable. I would recommend anyone to go. I have ridden a bus for a year up and down Troost and have told anyone who wanted to talk to me about the auction. I no at least four more people strangers I convinced yeah go get ya a car!

Big rip off. Was told its $30 a day storage fee. From one day to the next it went up $90. Now I can't get the car today... BIG RIP OFF!
