Went to the one in Sterling Heights & realized how nice the people at this one are. Also, they are way more organized at the SCS office.

The lady that helped me was very fast and efficient. The parking was bad and there wasn't a sufficient enough amount of handicap parking.

Such a long wait time Waited for 3 hours then Gave me a Extra 45  minutes I'M STILL WAITING RIGHT NOW when you get to the front they make you get back in line for other tractions TRUELY RIDICULOUS

Government inefficiency at all time high!  Went in three times!  Each time a 4 plus hour wait!  What a shame once State of MI closed the smaller offices!  It is ridiculous the wait!  Parking here next to impossible with large vehicles!  I saw one person back,out and hit a car and left!  What a shame!

They're very upfront about how long you're going to have to wait. You cam make an appointment and show up without waiting. You can leave and come back when you get to the front of the line. Staff is great.
