Look....the place has gone down hill since Lyric left. Trash and dust in the hallways, trash all over the lot and the office is a mess and smells so bad. You take a good location and take out the good person and take out the good person from the good location and it has gone to hell. The guy in the front office has not a clue what he’s doing and doesn’t know how to speak to people. He has peoples checks laying out everywhere. This place is just gross and dirty and I hate it and I hope everyone moves out. This business is awful. I will be contacting the BBB and corporate about this. Wow.

Used this place for a former employer. The staff is personable and friendly. The only downside is that they don't have props on any of the doors.

The best thing I can say about this place is that when all was said and done, the corporate office finally refunded my money.

The gate has not been closed for three weeks, and when asked why after two weeks  I was informed that a new motor was ordered. Here it is one week later and gate is still open. Talked to other renters who have trailers on the lot and they are concerned about losing their equipment. And cameras would not help if a thief is professional. Kind of defeats the secure part of their name!

Rented yesterday.....The store manager Lyric was great. She knew a lot about the property and made me want to rent unlike all the other places with high prices and bad customer service..... I recommend it. I added some pictures because you guys should see the place if you're wanting to check it out sometime.....Thanks....
