Very happy with the service received by Lydia. She's so helpful and very gives very thorough explanations of units, prices, insurance (what's covered and what isn't), key codes (makes sure they work before you leave) Overall great experience! Been storing here for awhile and she's always so pleasant easy to talk to. And any questions or concerns are always addressed in a timely manner. Thanks for all you do!! It's very much so appreciated!

I looked up storage units near me on Google, and Extra Space showed up, so I stopped by after work to find out some details. Luckily, Ethan, the assistant manager, was there. He was great, filled me in on everything I needed to know, and even let me tour a few units so I could see what option would best fit my needs. I was squared away quickly and professionally. Thanks to Ethan, my experience there helped relieve some anxiety during a stressful time. I would definitely recommend Extra Space to anyone needing to stash their valuables.

I did not end up needing the unit, but I HAD to say how impressed i was with this facility. It was so clean and secure. Lydia was very straight forward about pricing and explained everything in detail. If the chance pops up again for a need, I will be back to Extra Space on Emerson!

Lydia was very professional. She called and texted with reminders of the start date. When we arrived to sign the contract, Lydia had the storage number and supplied us with a lock for the space. The space was neat and very clean. We had the option of indoor or outdoor space. Highly recommend this facility!
