Unit was clean and secure. Management was very rude upon termination of rental agreement. The manager scolded us for cutting our OWN lock,  because we had lost the key, and claimed we still owed them another months rent, when she was the customer service representative that took our 30-day notice, and our last month's rent. Fyi for other renters,  the pallets are not pest free. Definitely would not recommend this storage facility.

The storage facilities are fare but the staff is very unprofessional and rude. They seemed to be "inconvenienced" anytime you need something. The heavy set girl at the south location is what made us and two others rent elsewhere.

Rude front desk lady. They try and screw you over... Wouldn't do business again

Some issues along the way, but ultimately resolved with some help from the staff. Don't ask people to move your stuff unless you're there, if anything is left, another month is charged.

Clean, secure storage units. They supply pallets to keep your stuff off the concrete.
