CUBESMART 1850 NEWYORK AVE  IS THE NEW OWNERS,  I  WOULD LIKE TO SAY THANK TO THE GM  MR.  BRANDON  FOR OUTSTANDING LEADERSHIP.  THIS COMPANY IS BLESSED TO HAVE AWESOME  GM THAT VALUES CUSTOMER LOYALTY,  INTEGRITY, HONESTY. I WAS FACED WITH AN INJURY SOME MONTHS AGO DUE TO SOMEONE ELSE NEGLIGENCE. I  FOUND OUT THAT THE OLD COMPANY STORAGE ZONE HAD SOLD THE COMPANY WITHOUT NOTIFYING IT'S CUSTOMERS , I NOW HAVE A  BETTER UNDERSTANDING WHY .ONE OF STORAGE ZONE INCOMPETENT, EMPLOYEE ,  AUCTION OFF THE WRONG  CUSTOMER STORAGE UNIT.  YES WRONG CUSTOMER.  I IMMEDIATELY BROUGHT EXTRA INSURANCE FOR MY BROTHERS UNIT.   SO PEOPLE I ASK YOU PLEASE WHEN GOING TO THIS LOCATION KEEP IN MIND  CUBESMART IS THE NEW OWNERS  FOR EXCELLENT REASONS.  THE ARE IN NO SHAPE FORM OR FASHION  RESPONSIBLE, GHETTOGOR THE PREVIOUS COMPANY MISTAKES,  AND CUBESMART AND THEIR TEAM AKA FAMILY IS DESERVING OF THE UTMOST RESPECT 100%  VALUING IT'S CUSTOMERS BUSINESS.  SO PLEASE DO GO THERE WITH A BITTER TASTE IN YOUR MOUTH THE OLD COMPANY LEFT. SHOW SOME LOVE TO MR.BRANDON AND ALL. TEAM MEMBERS  AS THEY WORK DILIGENTLY TO RECTIFY OTHER'S  MISTAKES. Fantastic management.  The staff are friendly, helpful, polite and professional.   The facility Is functional and very clean.  The available moving truck is a huge bonus.

Friendly staff.  Loved that I was able to use the van for free when I moved into the unit.  Moving out was just as quick and easy. Clean and safe building. Climate controlled building is nice when working hard during a move.

The staff at the Self Storage Zone on New York Avenue, NE, Washington, DC was courteous and helpful when our daughter moved out of her dorm in May and when she returned to her dorm in August.  The unit was clean and easyto get to.  The delivery option from the storage unit back to the dorm was a great asset.

Courtney C.  went out of his way to accomodate setting   up a time for delivering stuff from the storage unit to our daughters dorm at Gallaudet University.  We found the prices to be reasonable. 

We would highly recommend Self Storage Zone on New York Avenue, NE,  Washington, DC.
