Wheelchair bound child with rare brain disease and transplant patient  just getting over pneumonia because of hurricane damage asked attendant please don't smoke in front of the door while we are coming and going she blew smoke in child's face he can't even block it. Asked her nicely just while we are here don't smoke directly in front of door as we have to come and go. I lost my home to Hurricane Irma staying here with 75 year old mother who has stage 4 breast cancer spent weeks in ICU In miami then here. I was calm and collected and respectful went to Walmart then called back to find we had been trespasses did nothing wrong!! Local police hands are tied. Have been in touch with senators and mayor no response. I was never disrespectful nor belligerent wasn't even there when she did this. How much more are we supposed to take. Cannot locate owner. Action news might be our next call.

If you're doing your own laundry here, it's an ok place to go.  But, if you're dropping off your laundry to be done by them, you may want to look into another source.  They don't pay attention to your clothes.  Our family has received laundry back with one lost sock, other peoples underwear, crumpled clothes and everything thrown together in an untidy mess.  On top of it, they have lost two of our large bath towels.  I understand a sock here and there (although it's more common than not with them to lose socks), but HOW do you just misplace a large bath towel?    It's called being careless and not caring at all about what it is that you were payed to do.  Don't go here.

Please do not go to this place....  The owner is very rude/ghetto unprofessional also she look like a piece of trailer trash!!!! Furthermore the laundromat is dirty and hot. She assumed that did something and was totally wrong and told me to get to the F*** out of her  laundry mat!

Seemed very clean and all but I walked in with my clothes and left within 10 seconds. Doing laundry on the hot July day would be absolutely awful with a place with no air conditioning!  It was so hot in there that my face felt like it was going to melt off. A closed building with the back door open and one door in the front open and some fans on the ceiling, Florida no way!
