Went to the laundromat today to wash large bedding and witnessed the one emlpoyee working treating a elderly man horrible! The man could only shuffle his feet to walk in and he was asking about the laundry he dropped off last night and this was 10 am the next morning. He had asked for his laundry to be separated and washed in a certain way and agreed to pay for the extra load this request caused. He was told his laundry was just put in the washer and he looked at the washer and wasn’t happy to see it wasn’t what he requested. He was complaining and the woman working immediately got defensive and told him they didn’t do laundry the way he wanted ( 2 loads of darks) it would only be in one load. She said she wasn’t going to argue and now his laundry wouldn’t be finished until 2pm. He asked for the mangers number but the employee said she would call the manger to inform them of the problem. Before he’s out the door the employee is on the phone telling the manager (very loudly in front of a store full of customers) her version which was “this “old” man just chewed me out and screamed at me for his laundry and I’m NOT going to finish his laundry until 2pm because of his screaming.” I was at the folding station next to him and I could barely hear him because his voice was so raspy and he was not screaming but asking for his laundry to be done the way he had asked and had been agreeded to when droppping off with the employee the night before. I’ve written this to hopefully get the poor man’s side out and maybe the owner will read this and find more respectful employees. My dad is elderly and I would be livid if someone treated him this way. I hope his laundry was ready and never returns because I will not.

The change machine took my money. Attendant on duty explains to me that the owners do not give authority for workers to refund money. I was not able to dry my clothes because of this. They made me fill out a yellow card that would be sent to the owners to make a decision if I get my money back or not. I asked the lady for a bag to put my wet clothes in to leave and she told me that she couldn't give me a garbage bad or she would get in trouble. I lost 5$ and still haven't gotten a call from the company to see wen they will redund my money.

I did laundry here weekly and this is the cleanest, friendliest and best facility in the Leesburg area. Hands Down!
