Been here for two weeks. Have lived in many apt complexes in the Balto / Towson area: some quite expensive and with good reputations. Seneca Bay offers much more for the money. The property manager and asst property manager have been quite helpful and responsive. Amenities are excellent: the best apt gym I have ever seen. Like any other older property, it has age issues but it is probably the best overall community I have lived in. Quiet neighborhood. Close to stores. Updated apartments. Love living here. By the way, ALL apt complexes handle water bills the same way. Individual apartments can't be metered, only the building can be metered. Deal with it.....or save your money and buy a house. :)

Read your lease over and over again, they add stipulations every year.The company lacks integrity in how they do business. They auto renewed my lease because I happened to send my notice of not renewing my lease a few days late.They asked that I pay 2 months rent for breaking the new lease they signed me up for.I asked for a smooth move and they made that even harder that I ended up losing my desired apartment at another Morgan property and incurring fees with both properties.The property manager Angela is very cold and unhelpful. Lived there for close to five years and always paid rent on time.Survived and worked with them through apt building roach and bedbug infestations and yet they treated me very harshly when I made an error.I believe landlords should take account of their history with a tenant when trying to resolve issues.I cringe when I see Morgan Properties colors.Such a harrowing experience.

The staff has been really helpful. My apartment is great and it already feels like home. I think I am really going to like it here.

So my girlfriend and I have been at Seneca Bay now for about a year. First off the staff is amazing and friendly, there to help when you need it. The maintenance techs are very quick to respond, great new updates to our apartment and all new stainless steel appliances and much more. Most importantly we felt welcomed here. We plan on staying for a while.

My kids and I have lived here since march of 2016, we have been pleased with it here. There were a few issues with my air conditioning in August and the maintenance workers came here multiple times to check on the equipment and fix the problem. Lindsey in the office has been very welcoming since day one when we signed our lease, anytime we go into the office my children are each greeted by each person working and made to feel welcome along with me. Just signed a lease for another 14 months and am moving to an upgrade apartment in May.  I would definitely recommend people to move to Seneca.
