awful costumer service! our regular service person came one day, said he was quitting and wouldn't be back. It was a couple of months before we saw somebody else. The new person drove from out of state, and the company didn't even tell him we had a bird aviary, so he only brought things for the aquarium. Our aviary and aquarium are never serviced when they are supposed to be, and they never bring all the supplies needed. We have to call several times to get more bird and fish food. Most often than not, they do not answer, and it takes days and sometimes weeks to get a returned call. I would not recommend this company to anybody.
