This is the second time in a month that we visit Sergio’s and for sure the last. Just left the restaurant and the waitress was literally “out to lunch”. First my chicken was not well cooked. The waitress understood I wanted another plate and brought me another to go bagged up, I asked for dessert she left returned and asked “do you want dessert”. We ordered drinks and refills she left returned and we also had to remind her again. Every time she left the table and came back she had forgotten what she went for. The service was disgusting. Never again returning. At the end we asked for a to go bag and we had to call another waiter because she never brought the bag. The service was very poor and the good initially uncooked.

Sergio's is my go-to spot for lunch on Fridays. The service and food is always great. In the event the order is wrong which has happened, they are quick to resolve the issue. Highly recommend!

On Tuesday I went to breakfast and when I arrived there were still chairs from the tables, and the waitress told me with a bad attitude that I was alone and that I had to wait. breakfast arrived at 20 minutes and my coffee with milk had cooled. there are better places in the area with better attentions

This place is a great place where the family or group can go. You have your typical Cuban food there with a nice little spin. Well worth it.

Great food, great atmosphere, great service. I usually sit at the bar and order food. The bartender was wonderful, both with bartending and making menu selections.
