I only had a question. The question was just trying to get an idea about typical sentencing with certain circumstances. I didn’t want him nor expect him to review the case but he started saying oh well Ibdont have access to that case. Like dude I know you don’t have access. I was just trying to get an answer to a basic general question that I am having a hard time finding an answer to. How very unprofessional. Not a very good criminal defense lawyer. I just needed a generalized answer to get an idea about sentencing and don’t bother calling me again trying to make it better just so I can change my review. I will not change it. You suck

Mr Serna is the most brilliant, passionate, creative,  amazing attorney!!! I was blessed to have his services. Above being absolutely thorough in explaining everything that is going on, he doesn't miss a detail. My children are the most precious treasure in my life, and David handled an extremely complex case for my son. I wouldn't want want anyone fighting in our corner besides David Serna. Believe me, I did my research, and Mr Serna has an extremely rare gift at law practice. He truly is a cut above everyone else.

We hired David when our family was up against a legal nightmare on steroids, and we had no hope. People, I could go on for days about Mr Serna, and how his excellent representation pulled our family out of the bowels of hell, but I'm going to sum it up here. If you find yourself up against a legal battle, and you need the very best, MR SERNA IS WHO YOU WANT BESIDE YOU IN COURT. period.

Mr. Serna took on my husbands case at the last moment and studied all the details of the case immediately.  He worked diligently to understand all the details of what occurred and taught us plenty in the process.  We appreciate his help and guidance to protect our rights.  We recommend him at the highest level to anyone who has to go up against false or unjust accusations.

Not long ago, I was in a desperate search for a lawyer for my mentally disabled brother.  I'm from out of town so I spent several days calling lawyers around ABQ.  I was told by a couple of  lawyers that I needed to call David Serna as he was the one I needed for this case.  I called Mr. Serna and from the moment we spoke, I knew my brother was in good hands.  Mr. Serna took great care of my brothers case and always kept me up to date on what was going on.  David Serna was efficient and effective getting the case rightfully dismissed.  I could not have asked for a better lawyer!
