Story

Collins & Collins, P.C., Attorneys at Law, is an Albuquerque based law firm that has been helping New Mexico victims of injustice since 2001. Our personal injury, wrongful death and personal injury practice is limited strictly to helping those who have been harmed by the negligence or wrongdoing of others. We do not ever represent those that have caused harm whether they be private individuals, corporations, hospitals, or the government.

We represent clients throughout New Mexico in both state and federal court. We handle a wide spectrum of personal injury and wrongful death claims with the bulk of our cases being in the area of medical malpractice, auto accidents and slip and fall accidents.

We offer a free case evaluation and there is never an attorney fee on our personal injury and wrongful death cases unless we recover for our clients.

Our office is conveniently located in downtown Albuquerque adjacent to both the New Mexico State District Court and the United States District Court.

I rarely post online reviews- but for someone else who may be doing research on potential legal counsel, this review may help you. As an executive director of a medium size organization, I work with many people in the legal and prosecution fields daily. Although family law is not my purview, this firm was recommended to me for a child custody and support case by other attorneys specializing in other areas of expertise. Unfortunately my experience has been negative and disappointing. Ive experienced a lack of unprofessionalism- I have called and emailed my attorney nearly a dozen times over a 6 month period, often with no returned calls or responses for months. Emails are not responded to. Phone messages are taken by the front desk staff, but not returned. I've been told- specific documents will be filed "by Friday" and they are not filed nor have they been filed in timely manners. 

If you are looking to shell out $3,000 to $4,000 of your own money to retain a firm to represent you during the most complex times (especially within family law) and provide you with the upmost professional responsiveness, follow-through and communication- this is not the firm. This is my own personal opinion.

I am writing this recommendation in support of Mr. Guy Gambill.  I worked with him for a number of years and early on he distinguished himself as a strong advocate for veterans.  He is committed and passionate about issues related to the  rights of veterans.  He would receive my highest recommendation.

 Parrish Collins, lead partner at Collins & Collins, P.C., has done a great deal to support veterans over the years: He has donated a sizable amount of money to veterans organizations, done a good amount of pro-bono work for homeless veterans, helped raise levels of awareness around veterans legal issues and has also been doing a lot of work to raise understanding of medical malpractice in the VA system

I found myself in a situation where I needed a lawyer and Ms. Armstrong was excellent in helping me resolve my case/issue.  We met several times to discuss the particulars of the case and Ms. Armstrong took great care in making sure I gave her as much detail as possible.  When it came time for my deposition Ms. Armstrong prepared me for the experience and guided me through the process.  She also never let the opposing counsel ever twist my words or allow him to lead me down the wrong path.  The case was resolved and I received a great settlement due to her great work.

I have nothing but the highest regard for Ms. Armstrong and her ability.  Collins and Collins has an exceptional attorney in Ms. Armstrong and I would not hesitate to call on her services again!
