This is a recommendation from the Goldendale Sr Center for Service Master of Hood River. The whole entire team responded quickly and efficiently to our emergency needs. Very easy to work with and met all of our needs. From beginning to end they worked with us effectively. Highly recommend their services.  They worked well with our insurance company. It is important to know that they could do the job from the initial water damage to complete restoration.

Terrible service.  I got my carpets cleaned and they smelt like mold after they had been "dried." They didn't even smell like mold to begin with.  He said he would rewash them.  It took him a week of saying they were going to be here and not getting here.  FINALLY he came again to wash the carpets.  HE still didn't do a good job.  I feel like my carpets were worse than they were before I hired service master. In the end I hired Servpro to finish the job.
