7:51 AM, 6 people working, 2 customers dead quiet, still can't figure it out. Slow and not worth it at all.

EDIT - 1 star - waited for 27 mins for a single breakfast sandwich, only one other customer  there. Now count 8 employees there the whole time. One of the other owners and a worker were literally reconciling their books on the customer counter, right in front of me, and didn't say a word or even look up. 

After about 20 of the 27 mins, the female worker put gloves on and went to the back to help. She could have helped the whole time! She wiped her nose with the gloves and then plunged that same hand all the way into a bag of spinach. I wish I was joking. 

I will not only call the Health Department, but will tell this story to as many people as I can. When I brought this to her attention she said sorry, in a passive aggressive way. The most ridiculous experience I've ever had.

I work across the street and have been ordering here for years. Today I called and ordered four sandwiches for the girls at work and I. My sandwich was wrong when I got back to work. I ordered a CEO with extra mayo and there was NO mayo on it. I am a hair stylist and have 30 minutes to eat my lunch so I called to ask them to remake it. The girl who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude and told me she could give me mayo on the side and there was a line and she wasn't remaking it and "didn't have time to deal with this" and hung up on me. Completely shocked by the lack of customer service and how rude and inconsiderate she was I called back and asked to speak to a manager. He then proceeded to tell me he was standing right here and she didn't say any of that nor did she hang up on me ( I must have been imagining it then, right? ) and instead of apologizing for his rude employee, told me I was wrong and said "just because the sandwich didn't have mayo I was that upset". Yes I am, because I ordered it a certain way, I paid for it, came to pick it up and I had 30 minutes to eat lunch, which I didn't get to do, while four months pregnant. I will NEVER order from here again. I worked in a restaurant for years and I would NEVER have treated a customer like this. Extremely poor customer service and whoever works at the counter/phone talking to customers like that should find a new job, or a better personality.
