Service was slow. Like, really slow. Got there around 8. No wait. Left at 10. That should give you an idea of slow our service ended up being... Oh, and took our dessert to go. No alcohol involved. Just an app and dinner. 
Food is good. Always is. Just need some help with the end of the evening staff. Or maybe coach them on continuing to be attentive into the end of the shift as well.

This is a great Cheesecake Factory location. Clean, great food, large menu.

Every thing tastes really fresh and is a great value, for their food quality. There is definitely something for everyone on the menu.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, which is great since their menu is so enormous.

Only draw back... long waits! The restaurant is always packed, and is located at the Burlington Mall. Call ahead seating would be a welcomed addition!

Great place.  Awesome service.  Quick as long as you voice your concerns and ask for what you like.  
Warm people.  Inviting place.  Have a drink at the bar while you wait for your table.  Meat is cooked to perfection.  I always get the filet mignion, it’s out of this world.  
Restrooms are clean.  The fact that the hot plates are served by kitchen personnel and not your waiter makes all the difference in the world in getting your food piping hot.  Cozy and lively and an awesome crowd.   I’ve always enjoyed my visits here.

I just love this place. Great food and not just the cheese cake, good service and nice ambiance.

Always hard to get a table but I guess you just have to accept that.

It's impressive on how they handle the volume of crowed handled in this location! There is always some wait to get seated, but this ticking machine will bring you very consistent food quality with a decent price. As I've always enjoyed my dinners I'm willing to suffer through some waiting time!
