This company is terrific. After my basement flooded from a corroded copper water pipe, they came out within the hour on a Saturday! and worked with me and my insurance company to dry out my basement as quickly as possible. Communication with the project manager was excellent, and the team was professional, fast, thorough, and left my house clean. I am so pleased with the work, I am using the same company for the basement reconstruction. Highly recommend them.

My wife and I bought our first place together about a year ago. It was a very exciting time for us until we experienced a sewage backup on the day before we moved in. As bad as one was, this unfortunately was only the first of what ended up being five sewage backups over eight months. Every step of the way, our HOA and plumbing company guaranteed that our problem was fixed, but it still kept happening.  Needless to say, it has been a devastating year for us, with nearly constant demo, repairs, and reconstruction. Every time we regained hope when repairs were finished, there would be yet another backup. Times like these are trying for anyone, which is why we are so thankful to have found Servpro of Alexandria.  We had to work with many different companies and workers throughout our home troubles over the past year, including other Servpro branches, but Servpro of Alexandria was by far the best of everyone. They were the one factor we did not have to worry about and could depend on. Their workers were always super responsive, supportive, reasonable, and kind. Maria who was our Construction Manager throughout everything and who we worked with the most was especially intelligent, efficient, compassionate, and just generally a great pleasure to work with.  We hope we never have to see them again for an emergency, but we enjoyed them so much that we look forward to using them for any future remodeling or home construction projects.

Bill and Jennifer sent their capable crew for our project with very short notice. They were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. Their team was efficient, careful, and thorough.
