I had a great experience with The Legacy Group.  I've worked with quite a few realtors.  Most of them only see dollar signs.  The first person I was paired with wasn't so great, he would text me multiple times a day from over 800 miles away talking about setting up viewings.  Luckily I got paired with someone else.  We worked with Sarah Hoiland for nearly 6 months as I made a long distance move up here. She was one of the most knowledgeable, patient, and kind realtors I've ever met.  I highly recommend speaking with her.  She met us at places all over surrounding Spokane. We must have looked at over 50 properties before finding just the right place at just the right price.  I can't say enough good things about her.

Received a call about 6 months ago, due to my current situation wasn't ready to buy so was put on a call back list.  Honestly didn't expect a call back.  A couple months later bam!  Call back, matched up with a realtor but didn't mesh well got matched with another realtor and BAM I now own a place my son and I call home!!!! Good experience.

Wasted my time, money and they wasted my great house offer... very bad agent-customer communication.. don't respect appointments.. at the end the didn't even give me my house keys back till today!

Don't waste your time calling these people. They do not have answers. They are more interested in marketing homes to you based on location.
