I wish I could give this company zero stars! Our building was an absolute disaster when we got it. In the words of our insurance company "uninsurable!" They rented it to us with no fire safety equipment. That's illegal by the way! Had this not been our first commercial renting experience we probably would have turned and ran the other way. Sank over $10000 into the building with zero cooperation and horrible communication from from the company. They caused us to get behind in our rent and then charged us late fees for it. They have been the bane of my existence. I will NEVER rent from a K&H managed building again!

Terrible company!  One girl runs 3 buildings - can't keep names, units, complexes or move-in dates straight.  Rescheduled my move in TWICE.  I haven't even move in yet and I regret choosing this company.
They also called me and told me they had an information breach and I needed to watch my accounts.  It sounds like an old employee started taking things because the woman flat out said they're background checks aren't very strict
