If I could give these folks zero stars, I absolutely would. They have made living in a rental property an absolute nightmare that I fully intend to report. My unit was recently remodeled, in 2014 and when we initially started our rental contract it was with a different company that was wonderful, Gates Reality in Spokane. Century21 took over the contract to manage the 4 apartments in our unit and within 2 months, my previous neighbor who was month to month was evicted for a remodel despite alway paying their rent on time, this was also around Christmas and they weren't offered an alternative- just a completely unkind scenario. But whatever, right? Business isn't fair...When it came time to renew our lease, they raised our rent by 30%- it was completely unreasonable, and they refused to negotiate with the owner on our behalf. 

They haven't reviewed our contract with the previous reality company and when we moved out to escape this nightmare, they withheld 99$ of our $650 refundable deposit for general cleaning despite that we already have paid a cleaning fee, an additional charge of 20$ was also withheld because we didn't replace all the light bulbs in the unit even though they never requested we do this. We never signed any sort of documentation with this company, so how are we to know their move out procedures?

These people make my blood boil, and like other tenants i would have to agree, they never return your calls, if something is broken- good luck, it's going to be an out of pocket expense for you because by the time these buffoons get around to doing if you'll probably be dead.

Please be very careful when working with this office. The property management is Horrible in every possible way. We are as low maintenance as possible, and they literally will not return our calls. They do not keep proper records and I am very fearful they will try to screw us when we do move out. Make sure to Have a good attorney, and document everything pre move in. I have never written a poor review but this place deserves a wake up call. Be warned. We love our home and property, but this office is run by complete amatuers.

Worst Rental Agency I've ever had to do business with. Would not return phone calls in a timely manner. Took multiple attempts and days to get responses from the office. The garage door broke, sealing the door shut, took them two weeks to get it repaired.Promised deadlines for repair then missed those deadlines. Call in to repair toilet and fridge for issues that happened before living there multiple times and they never repaired them, then charged me when i moved out to repair the items. Completed the walk through with an associate, once completed I signed off the forms and left. Half hour later, received an email for items that were damaged that we did not see while on the walk through. These were items that were damaged before I started living, were listed on the initial move in form, and then tried to get me to sign a new walk through form. Charged me a ridiculous cleaning fee to clean the house after it was already cleaned. Then took over a month to return my deposit with no communication on what was happening or what took so long.

Same thing as above!! I tried to get into a place for my daughter and I they never returned my call or responded to any of the emails I sent! So I filled out the application in hopes to not miss out on the property and paid the fees, then sent a message in regards to a co-signer, two weeks later still nothing from them!! After sending them a nasty email I get a call today to say "Oh sorry there were more qualified applicants" THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! and I am glad I never entered into a legal contract with them!!

I applied for a property and paid the fees. They took my money and then changed the price. Never called me back or responded to my emails. Horrible
