Booked a dog grooming appointment for a Sunday and confirmed it with Adam (the owner).  I arrived that day exactly on time only to find out apparently my dog was not scheduled. The guy at the desk told me that there is no way to squeeze him in at all. 

I am absolutely mad because I had cancelled my plans for that day, only so I could take my dog there. I have been coming here a few times and there is always a mix up with scheduling!!! 

DO NOT COME HERE. VERY UNORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Waste of your time and day.

Very unrealiable, I have had 2 experiences where he doesn't answer the phone before it is time to drop off dogs. Very unsure of if he will be around when it is time to drop off dogs.

No issues boarding. Very affordable pricing and he even cleaned and clipped my dog when I called to say I was picking him up. Will be using again.

It may be inexpensive, I guess you get what you pay for. MY DOG NOW HAS FLEAS from boarding at SEVERN GROOMING & BOARDING. She has been scratching and biting her belly and now has red rashes from biting so much. A trip to PetSmart to purchase flea spray and tablets, $65.00. I don't think I will get reimbursed for that. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!
