This was super slow process of getting checked in. Appt was 10:45 and we got seen at 11:15. But other than that staff was super friendly and service was awesome. They recommended we get meds online but we got a single dose to hold us over.

This is our local Petsmart. Service: overall excellent; just hard to find workers on floor sometimes Animals: my husband loves fish and he likes getting his fish here. They have an excellent amount of choices for fish. Grooming: I haven’t used this specific Petsmart’s grooming service. Vet: I don’t use their vet services. Cleanliness: Definitely clean and organized! Never had a problem coming here and our experience have always been good. Parking is also easy to get. Never crowded inside and outside. I also enjoy seeing adoptable dogs walk around sometimes.

Petsmart has had some bad press but our experience here has been really great. They get us in right away, the groomers are really nice, especially to our dog.They do a GREAT job on nails and our dog comes out smelling great.

Cleaning, well-kept, well-stocked, and friendly staff. It's a pretty standard PetSmart experience. Nothing bad to say.

Took my dog to the groomer awhile ago, dog looked and felt great but after a day his skin felt very rough and flaky. Could be due to the shampoo or products. Next time will bring my products I use on him. Service was also a little slow but they took their time, which isn't a bad thing.
