I go early in the morning. I find the staff to be helpful and courteous. The only thing I think they could do better is to have a regular register open. I always feel bad when I get in front of someone who is trying to buy one thing and on their way to work.

My Laurel Wal-Mart was closed at 3am. Nice to go to this one. Everyone was very helpful.

I really like this location. I've been to some pretty horrible walmart stores too. Recently, I purchase some items but, forgot a bag. It was somewhat of a hassle on the phone because the lady told me I had to speak with loss prevention...but, when I physically arrived, the lady let me reshop my three items and that was it. I really hate confrontation so, I was pleased I didn't have to cuss or talk to 20 different people.

Wow counted they're are 19 people standing in line and employee walked right by us eating a bag of chips and said self checkout is closed obviously poor management or lack of leadership and teamwork. Maybe the higher ups aren't giving enough hours but either way issue that should be solved asap. Im speechless i wish i could show you what we are looking at right now oh now the guy in front of us needs stamps but no one has a key we're all laughing Ok so there is a total of 9 employees all standing out front smoking even the cop was laughing at i incompetence here
