Kelly has always been a big help with questions I have and she is also wonderful with helping to choose colors for a quilt or project. That is the hardest part of a project or quilt and she takes the time and patience to assist.

Kelly is rude,sarcastic and demeaning.I will never ideal with her again.I will never recommend this store to anyone...how do they stay in business with such abrasive personal!##the owner however is very kind and professional...do yourself a favor...get rid of her

My grandmother took her machine there to see if they could fix it. She got a voicemail telling her they could not and that they would be willing to recycle it for her. By the time my grandma called back to say no, she wanted her machine back, they had already "sent it off". They "recycled" her $400 sewing machine without her permission. Way to take advantage of an 87 yr old woman.
