Be very careful. They discharged me as a patient after I made my review about my new "Dr" - which I thought was my right to do so. When I called to ask them to explain why they said they didn't know. I was then put on the phone with a doctor from the other side of primacare that stated my new "dr" said because of a negative review written online a couple months before - he was discharging me. I was absolutely shocked because I have never had this problem in my life and I had only saw him ONE TIME. So like I said before that place is a joke...the girls at the front desk that answer the phones always have a snotty attitude and there is legitimately only ONE "dr" there to choose from. And that one doctor is obnoxious, clueless, and will discharge you for writing a truthful review like mine. Oh well. Good riddance and good luck!!!

Today I went in for yet another follow up appointment because I was in an accident. This being my third visit. I went in and paid my co pay and my app was at 10:15 at 10:20 they took me back and one of the assistants took my vitals and asked why I was in and how I was feeling. I told her multiple things that I have mentioned twice now and again now for the third time as to why I was there and she said the "doctor" would be right in. I sat in a freezing cold room with the door shut with no magazine no nothing for 45 minutes before the "doctor" even came in. I told her some more recent symptoms and issues and basically told me I'm fine and I should go back to work but with restrictions. She also proceeded to tell me about how she used to be a PT before she became a nurse and that I was taped wrong. She then took her cold boney fingers and pressed them into my shoulder and dug them into my arm and twisted my arm around making it hurt! Hello lady that's the arm that is going numb due to my car accident. She said well your muscles are tight and you need to stretch them. My arm hurt for the rest of the day because of her doing that. She also proceeded to call me broad shoulder when I am definitely not broad shouldered. She also told me I had bad posture and that's why my neck and back were hurting me. She also wouldn't sign my tdi because she didn't want to "screw me" by filling out the wrong thing! I'm sorry but how can you fill it out wrong it's very simple. Then she said come on I'll write you out for another week and an MRI slip which I basically had to tell her to write because my bones aren't broken my muscles are killing me! Duh! Doesn't take a rocket scientist. She pulled out her iPhone and checked her messages from her mom looked at the calendar and then proceeded to call her daughters school to tell them it was okay her mom was picking her up and I'm standing right there. I will not ever be going back there again and I suggest everyone avoid this place compeletely. They are unprofessional and don't care about your time they only care about your money not about you as a human being. I left in tears.

Will never return after today. Ruined a planned vacation by not letting me fill a script I need two days early. So either I go a week without it or I cancel vacation with my husband and kids. I've never asked for a early fill and its two days not two weeks! Ive had 4 Drs in a year because they always leave that practice and now that I've dealt with the Dr who owns the practice I can see why they all leave. Just lost another patient
