This place has a unique burger called the "Shake Stack", a burger topped with a portobello mushroom which is stuffed with cheese, breaded and deep-fried. I do not want to know how many calories are in this, because it doesn't matter. This Shake Shack creation is absolutely a pleasurably eating experience. It has mixed textures and earthy flavors that all come together in each bite. The staff was also very pleasant and welcoming. I had a question about their Shake sauce and the guy at the counter offered to let me try a sample to see if I would like it or not. My friend got the "Smoke Shack" (yes, it can get confusing and tongue-tied), which is the bacon burger.

One of the employees (not sure of his name, tall big guy) was fantastic! He attended to everyone and made sure everyone was happy. Really was going above and beyond for everyone!. He anticipated every persons need inside this place. Never quite seen such good customer service in a fast food chain. Wish I had his name! Great guy. Made my day

$16 for a double bacon cheeseburger and a coffee milkshake? And I was still hungry because the portion sizes were small. Both were delicious though. Could likely get similar quality and slightly bigger portion for same or slightly less price at 5 Guys Burgers. Anyway, I'll come back to Shake Shake but as a place to go for a treat, rather than a burger joint to frequent.

When I'm in the mood for a burger this is usually the go to spot or if someone from out of town who likes burgers in here. I get the one with bacon on it. The fries are good and I like the cheese fries. Milk shakes are bit over priced to me and small but good. This place can be very busy but usually pretty fast. Always consistent.

Likes someone else said sit down restaurant prices for fast food. Burger was tasty but small... I can get the exact same burger at Wendy's for $99. Small shake is $5 and was so-so. And had to stand and wait for a seat. Way overrated in my opinion, won't be back. Definitely NOT worth $15 for a burger fries and a shake.
