This center of traditional Hatha Yoga has changed my perspective in my personal practice and overall life. The owner Patricia Alonso has a tremendous wealth of safe yogic practices for all levels; age, mobility and flexibility will not stop her from getting you to your physical potential through safe modifications and the use of the soft and sturdy floor. She has ensured her staff is also aware of these modifications. This is a place of growth and unlocking potential.

Love the yoga classes but the owner Patricia can make you feel uncomfortable I was the only one taking the class. when it was over she said I'm very lucky cause one on one classes are more then I paid for its not my fault I'm the only one that showed up!

This is a brand new yoga studio open in Garland, TX. The teachers are excellent. It is very good energy and I feel really welcome and energized, relaxed and centered after class. We really needed this in our area. I am thankful to have a place I can practice a few minutes from home!

One of a few places in the DFW metroplex where you can find a true kundalini class, and this is a top notch studio to boot! With soft yoga floors, house mats, and all the accessories you may need, it's the perfect place to drop in for a class!

I arrived to class 10 minutes late and the yoga instructor refused to teach the class the websites says doors will be locked 10 minutes after class starts the class started at 5:30 I arrived at 5:40 I was the only person attending the class and the yoga instructor chose to leave instead of proceeding with class not very good service in my opinion I'll be asking for a refund on my membership in the morning
