The worst services ever. Apparently the owner is trying to save cost of operation that he/she did not hire enough server. Only one woman was waiting on over 10 tables. Obviously she was overwhelmed and you can hear her constant complaint to the kitchen staff about food not being prepared timely and not getting enough help to clean up the table. Some tables waited for over an hour to get the few pieces of dumpling. A few customers came in and seated by themselves without getting any attention from the server who was busy waiting on other tables. They left after waiting for about 20 minutes. Finally one of the cooks left the kitchen and came to the dining area to help her. She was from hell because he told customers to shut up in Chinese when they asked her to clarify charges made to them in the check. This same woman who was making dumpling during regular hours then followed two customers out and questioned them for not tipping. When in fact the tip was left on the table. The stir fried food was salty and dumpling was fine. The service was non-existent. Stay away from it if you don't want to be insulted by their rude server and cook. Or if you are on a lunch break and don't have enough time to deal with their ok food and extremely bad attitudes.

I was born in Shandong Province. This is the best and authentic Shandong dumpling I have ever eaten in USA for the over 10 years. Great portion and prices. My wife also praised it as the best dumpling. A hidden gem and must go.

Our waitress barely spoke English and was not able to describe what we were ordering, leading to soggy tasteless dumplings and an awkward goodbye. I most likely will not return but see for yourself?

Food is good. Price is affordable. Service needs improvement.

Good dumplings, fresh and tasty. Nice selection of noodle and a variety of other good food. Only negative is service is really slow asked indifferent.
