Great customer service! Tan and the woman working there were very personable and easy to work with. My rings came back beautiful and the fit is perfect! Couldn't have asked for a better place to have my rings resized!

Tan is the most amazing master jeweler in Vermont. He helped us design the engagement ring of my dreams and custom  built it with such artistry and love that it came our more beautiful than we had ever dreamed it could be! If your looking for a custom designer/builder Tan Tran is your man!

My fiance bought me a gorgeous engagement ring in this store. The owner helped him pick it out and I a couldn't be happier with it. 
When I went in recently to get some engraving done I told him I hadn't been able to wear earrings for two years because of sensitivity to the metals. He ordered me platinum posts and made a beautiful pair of earrings to try. I was skeptical but I have been wearing them for a week without any problem, and am thrilled to get to have earrings again!
Bottom line, the customer care and attention and the quality at Shannon's fine jewelery is unmatched.

They resized our engagement ring within 2-3 days and it looks beautiful. You can't even tell that we resized it. We went from a size 7 to a size 5.5 and it cost $40. We're very happy - thanks Shannon's Fine Jewelry.
