I find myself only rating my bad experiences and not the good ones. I need to address that, though not tonight. My meal was not cooked to order, the dinner was missing an item and when replaced was clearly rushed and lacked presentation and taste. The service was below par and the desire to make it a good experience was not to be found. The waitress was trying to go home and inattentive, I guess I should have gotten the the message and left quickly.

We loved the staff here for the 6 months we frequently visited this Shari's. We especially loved the waiters Kolt and Crystal because they made the night fun and made it feel like a second home. But the night of December 30th will forever go down in infamy. We had great service all night because Crystal and Kolt were there. But as we were leaving we hurt the assistant managers feelings and got kicked out. That is ridiculous and childish if you ask me. I won't be going back.

Meh. Food was decent and properly cooked, but cold eggs, cold waffle for mom, cold plates all around. Prices are a bit steep for the quality. Service was basic, decent, no frills. Coffee a little weak but not bad, real half and half. Nice.

Very nice place.  Friendly staff.  We were there for breakfast and the food was served hot and quickly.  Senior menu was available but be prepared for a lot of food.

If I could give no stars I would. My family and I came to this restaurant on vacation thinking it would be a good place for a family meal, boy were we wrong. There were three of us eating, and we all happened to order the same thing, the big Thanksgiving sandwich" or something or other. It gets to us and everything is cold.. We have it sent back and it comes out just barely warmer than luke warm, but my family ate it in fear of something being done to our food if returned for a second time. I ate my sandwich, but couldn't get through the mashed potatoes as they were really COLD. After our food had been brought out again our waitress didn't come back to check on us at all. She also failed to bring us our check so we went to the counter to pay and another waitress had to take care of us. This happened on a Monday evening, so it wasn't very busy in there. 
*The cook had dreadlocks and hair wasn't in a hairnet, nor did he or the MANAGER wear gloves while working in the kitchen. 
Save yourself the poor service and cold food and go somewhere else
