First, order was entered incorrectly and the associate did not read back the order so the error could have been remedied before it was finalized. Then, it took over 12 minutes to get the order. Upon checking the order after leaving the window we went back inside to get the correct combo that we ordered. That process start to finish was deplorable. We simply asked for the correct combo that we ordered to begin with and by the time we left again 10 more minutes had passed. Finally, The first bag of food was already cold by the time we got home (just 3 minutes away). We are UTTERLY dissatisfied with our experience today and do not ever plan to visit this location again because it was so bad. (Also, the chips for the nachos have cinnamon flavoring and are terribly stale)

Great place to visit that is fast food. The customer service is always friendly even when the customers are jerks. It amazes me. I swear people can be such jerks even when these idiots order a ton of food in the drive thru and get mad that it is not ready when they pull up, these workers maintain their cool and still give great excellent customer service. Thank you taco Bell for being so friendly even when it is hard to sometimes.

The store at Murray and Science Park Dr is one of the worst stores I have ever been to. I thought last year's 45 minutes in line could not be repeated. I was wrong. Don't waste time asking for a manager either. Crew only and manager does not call back. Then..... they mess up the order and the last thing you want to do is go back through line. Stay away from them and avoid this location.

It's hard to even add anything... It's Taco Bell. All I have to say is that if you haven't tried the Cinnabon Delights, go for it. They most be one of the worst combos of fat and sugar you can find, but man! - they are an awesome combo of fat and sugar. So good.

I waited.almost 15 minutes for 3 burritos and 3 tacos. An individual came in after me placed an order and got his food before me. I would not recommend this location for night food
