This is a chain family style diner. The food is decent and the pie shakes are amazing. This store was recently remodeled and since then, the service quality has declined. Every time I visit, it seems like there are staffing issues that degrade the ability for staff to give dedicated attention to customers.

I am writing about the poor service myself and my family recieved tonight..5/8/2018..at your Bremerton WA location. We went to have dinner and had nothing but problems. It started out first with our drink order which was wrong. It took 2 times to get it right. Not sure how hard getting 2 Mt. Dews and 1 Pepsi is but it was tonight. I ordered your chicken fried steak my wife ordered a burger my daughter had the pulled pork nachos and we ordered the pioneer kids meal for our son. When the orders came the burger was fine but everything else wasn't. To start he received a chicken strip meal..not what we ordered. When we told the waitress her response was well I can have another one made but it will take 15 min. Then on the chicken steak I waited 5 min for the dinner roll which never came until I had to ask for it and it still took a few min to get. The biggest one of all was the nachos. It took 12 min after the rest of our order was brought to us. And on top of that the pork was burnt and crusty hard. That should have been the easiest one to make. I could see this happening if they had been busy but there were only 10 people eating. They had 2 waitress along with the greeter and at least 2 cooks. So I don't see why this happened. We were going to order dessert but after that we were unsure because of the poor service. I spent 55.00 and trust me it will be the LAST time I ever set foot in ANY of your locations.

The food was absolutely amazing. My Grandma husband son and i rwally enjoyed the experience our waitress was awesome. Good Job Molly
