We stayed for the weekend and had a great experience.  The booking was easy online and after we booked the property management company called to give us some extra tips to make our trip a better experience. The condo was clean and better than the pictures. It was nice and toasty when we got there. The walkway was shoveled for us before our arrival. Check in and check out was easy. We plan to come back this summer! :)

Our cabin was literally falling apart. We had to put bowls out to catch the rain coming in from the leaky roof. When we contacted the rental agency we were told there was nothing they could do. The rust stains in the bathroom sink were so horrible and ugly our daughter refused to use it. We had to prewash every dish we used because they all had crusty food left on from the previous renters. So gross. Will never use them again.

I will never rent from this company ever again. The Crawford house we stayed in was a nice house, the cleaning wasn't the greatest there was still food flakes in all kitchen drawers. We were there through a storm and had to shovel out the driveway all weekend. They said they would send out someone to plow us out, we ended up having to pay someone to do it due to no one showing up. We then got a razor blade in our tire that was embedded in the sand on the driveway under the snow. I left personal items behind and finally got ahold of someone 3 days later in which i feel they should have contacted me to begin with. I paid $15 to ship it back,  and had about $150 worth of stuff missing from it. When I finally received a phonemail back about my items missing, "The Manager" was highly offended due to her staff being very "Religious" and trusting and they would not dare steal. (She pretty much called me a liar and with her tone made me feel like i was stupid for calling about it". To top it off my sister stayed here a couple months back and her husband left her wedding ring behind. it took her forever to get in contact with the maintenance department and when she finally did she paid for it to be shipped back and only received half the ring!..lol.. She told me not to rent from here, due to bad customer service. I should've listened. I am in the process of buying 3 rentals in the area and I would need a rental co for them. This was the perfect test in NOT using this COMPANY!... I told them i wouldn't write a review as my husband and friends who were there wanted me to but the Maintenance managers rudeness had send me over my edge!.. Good Luck with Your Future stays!. Be sure to take extra shovels, cleaning product and make sure you double check taking all your items!...
