We rent a house from Sierra Home rentals at least once a year for the past four years. They are very professional, accommodating, and kind. If a home doesn’t have something we need, they will quickly drop it off or have us come pick it up. Anything as simple as an extra blanket or as difficult as a small desk for my husband. We love working with this group!

If you are in the market for a vacation rental or seeking management of your vacation rental, I would stay away from Sierra Home Rentals (aka Century 21 Ditton Realty). We were attempting to set up our home as a vacation rental. I spoke with the property manager about our property. After disclosing all the details of our property an appointment was made to meet with the property manager to potentially list our property as a vacation rental. At the scheduled appointment day the property manager Kathy Thomas was over 3 hours late to the appointment. After driving to our property she didn’t even stop at our property. After driving past our driveway, Kathy called me to tell me she wasn’t interested in managing the property. Kathy had complete disrespect for the time and effort I had made that day to meet with her, I drove 110 miles and 2 hours one way to meet her. After being humiliated and disrespected by the property manager, I called to speak with the owner Brad Ditton. The owner did call me back within a couple hours. I voiced my concerns but the owner seemed unconcerned with the dis-respectfulness of his employees. The owner made no attempts to rectify the situation, which at this point I would not accept anyways. If they treated me this way, I could only imagine how they treat other property owners or customers that would be renting properties managed by Sierra Home Rentals. 1 Star because Zero is not Allowed.
